NOTA : Tutti i dati e gli indirizzi presenti nel nostro archivio non verranno in ogni caso diffusi, comunicati e/o ceduti a terze parti. Tutti gli indirizzi ed i dati presenti nell'archivio MC Magma provengono da richieste di iscrizione al nostro indirizzario, pervenute regolarmente ai nostri recapiti. Oppure trattasi di indirizzi e dati prelevati ed acquisiti da elenchi e servizi di pubblico dominio. Tutti gli indirizzi e i dati sono acquisiti, conservati e trattati rigorosamente nel rispetto della legge. Codice sulla Privacy - ai sensi del decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003 n. 196 della legge italiana, in particolare del codice in materia di protezione e disciplina del trattamento dei dati personali, anche archiviati all'estero, effettuato da chiunque è residente o ha sede in Italia o mediante strumenti situati in Italia. Il Codice garantisce che il trattamento dei dati personali si svolga nel rispetto dei diritti e delle libertà fondamentali, nonché della dignità dell'interessato, con particolare riferimento alla riservatezza, all'identità personale e al diritto alla protezione dei dati personali. Ai sensi dell'art. 7, d. Lgs 196/2003, si possono inoltre esercitare i relativi diritti, tra i quali consultare, modificare, e cancellare i propri dati.

Per l'invio di messaggi elettronici che contengono i nostri comunicati adottiamo particolari procedure e tecnologie per evitare drasticamente che si svelino le identità dei destinatari, oppure che avvengano fastidiosi invii ripetuti del comunicato allo stesso indirizzo e-mail. Inoltre alle nostre e-mail non alleghiamo file o documenti in "attachment". Ma trattandosi di tecnologia, qualora dovesse avvenire qualche inconveniente, ovviamente per motivi e/o problemi che valicano totalmente la nostra volontà, ce ne scusiamo in anticipo con i destinatari coinvolti, pregandoli di segnalarci eventuali disguidi in ogni momento.

Per ogni genere di segnalazione, che siano iscrizioni, modifiche, conferme o cancellazioni dall'indirizzario, oppure problematiche tecniche eventuali inerenti il trattamento dei dati durante le nostre comunicazioni via e-mail, si prega di non rispondere mai all'indirizzo di posta elettronica che adottiamo per la spedizione, trattasi di un indirizzo NO-REPLY, (quindi predisposto al solo invio e senza alcuna possibilità di ricevere messaggi) ma collegandosi alla Mailing List di MC Magma, direttamente sul web, spiegando il problema o semplicemente chiedendo lo specifico trattamento desiderato dei propri dati attraverso l'apposito modulo. Collegandosi alla Mailing List di MC Magma il titolare dei dati, come detto, potrà richiedere in qualsiasi momento la conferma dell'esistenza di tali dati, la loro modifica o la definitiva cancellazione dalla lista MC Magma.

Our facultative releases are addressed to the interested readers whom are interested to know the news of our initiatives. The personal information, which will be given by readers, are used only and exclusively by MC Magma for promotion and diffusion of its initiatives.

All addresses and data of MC Magma archive come from registration to our mailing list, regularly emailed in our email addresses. Otherwise addresses and data taken on from lists and networking service of public domain. All acquired addresses and data are archived and handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law. Privacy Politicy - in according to Legislative Decree No 30 June 2003 196 of the Italian law, in particular the privacy policy for the protection and regulation of the processing of personal data, also for the data filed abroad by anyone who is a resident. The same handled for business data located in Italy or for using instruments located in Italy. The Code ensures which the handling of personal data will be respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, and dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data. Under Article. 7, d. Decree 196/2003, it's possible to exercise the rights, including access, modification, and cancellation own data.

To send our releases by e-mail, we adopt particular proceedings to avoid that the identities of our addressee is known or to avoid undesired mailings to the same email address for twice, of our release. Moreover we don't attach any files or documents as attachment to the our emails. If it should happen, being technology sometime unreliable, obviously for reasons and/or unexpected happenings over our will, we apologize in advance with all involved addressee, praying them to signal us, in every moment, possible faults and/ or mistakes.

For any kind of report ; as subscribe, modifications, confirms or cancellations from the mailing list, or to report technical issues connected to the handled of data of your e-mail communication, it prays to not answer at the e-mail address adopted for the mailing it's exclusively a NO-REPLY, (therefore used only for mailing without any kind of possibilities to receive messages). Therefore we pray to connect at the MC Magma Mailing List, directly on the web, asking the proper handling of own data filling the correct form.
